The impetus for Mazloum Lights to offer customised lighting comes from the belief that a beautiful, luxurious object should not only be loved but should also give a sense of the personal stories of the designer, the artisan and the customer – all interwoven through the design and creation process.
This is an invitation for the customer to become part of the creation of the object, by applying his or her own personal style to customise a particular lighting object that they feel an affinity with. This offers them something very exclusive: the opportunity for a design to which they feel connected to belong to them fully.
We invite our customers to be playful and creative in this process. They can experiment with colour, shape, height, form, material – interacting and discussing their ideas with Spiridon and benefiting from his know-how and expertise, so as to create an object with which they will have a truly intimate relationship.
The customer will become a true part of the artistic process. Not only will he or she purchase an absolutely unique, customised piece, but sharing his or her personal style will enhance Spiridon’s creative process and perhaps in time even influence his ideas and his repertoire.
